RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please provide the following details: your name, email address, order number and the reason for your return. Let us know if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or replacement. These processes will begin once we receive the returned product. We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage when sending items back to us. Please ensure that all returned items are complete, unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packaged for shipping. We offer a full refund or exchange on sealed, resalable items returned within 14 working days of purchase. Please note, custom-filled oil bottles in clear or crystal containers are non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds are available on promotional, reduced, or discounted items.
