By registering and accepting T’s Gifts and Fragrances' terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that all information provided is correct, current, and complete. You agree not to use the website for any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activities, or in any way that could cause harm or distress to others. If we suspect fraudulent account activity, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website without notice. T’s Gifts and Fragrances only sells 100% genuine products; we do not sell fakes or copies. Occasionally, we may offer damaged items or products without original packaging (or lids), which will always be clearly advertised in the product details. The quality of the product is not affected.

Please note that images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product received. Colours, particularly in cosmetics, may vary due to the photographic process and screen settings.

All stock and prices are subject to availability. Items added to your basket may change before checkout, so please review your order before submitting payment.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Delta) or PayPal. T’s Gifts and Fragrances will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees associated with your chosen payment method. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by management.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT. If you use our translation feature, note that prices will still be charged in GBP, though they may display in an alternate currency at times during the order process.

T’s Gifts and Fragrances does not offer a price-matching policy. Where applicable, prices shown in Euros (€) and US Dollars ($) are based on an average daily exchange rate. When you add items to your shopping bag, prices will revert to GBP (£), as we only transact in GBP (£). Final charges may vary due to exchange rates at the time of processing.

We do not store credit or debit card details. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Product prices listed at the time of order apply unless an obvious error is found. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it and refund any payment made.

Orders may be subject to extra security checks, such as confirming card or address details. We reserve the right to request alternative payment methods or cancel orders if these details cannot be verified.

In some cases, actual postage costs may exceed the quoted price. If this happens, we will request the additional amount before dispatching the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, limit item quantities, or deliver certain orders to the billing address only, at management's discretion.

Promotional codes may be withdrawn or restricted at any time. They may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes before dispatch.

We reserve the right to leave gift cards blank if their messages are deemed inappropriate or offensive.

If we cannot fulfill your order due to stock unavailability, we will offer an alternative item or refund you. We will not provide additional compensation for any disappointment caused.

Customs and import duties, where applicable, must be paid by the parcel recipient.

If your UK order (shipped via Standard Tracked or Express Tracked) has not arrived after 15 working days, please notify us. For orders outside the UK, allow 30 working days. If deemed missing, we can offer a replacement or refund, but no additional compensation will be provided.

Shipping certain products to destinations outside mainland UK may incur additional postage costs, in which case we will notify you before dispatch.

In compliance with the Data Protection Act 1988, we do not share your details with third parties unless you give express permission.
